When the test result comes back, we want our doctor to be honest. When we buy the meat at the store, we want an honest label. When the police report our actions to the judge, we don't want lies to justify the arrest.
Let's agree that most of us wish for honesty in society and government.
Let us take the pledge of an honest way of life.
“The Lord detests lying lips, but He delights in men who are truthful.” - Proverbs 12:22
"Be with those who are ever truthful." - Quran, 9:119
"You shall not steal, nor deal falsely, nor lie to one another." - Leviticus 19:11-18
Satya in Sanskrit, means to be truthful in one's thoughts, speech and action.
Zen teacher Norman Fischer says the Fourth Precept is, "I vow not to lie but to be truthful."
As parents and teachers, we want to teach our children to tell the truth to us.
Transparency validates honesty and integrity. It builds trust and credibility.

It allows us to root out bias, favoritism, cronyism, deception and corruption.

Let us take the pledge of transparency.
Transparency is a fundamental ethical principle that emphasizes openness, communication, and accountability in actions and decisions. It involves providing clear, accurate, and timely information to relevant stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed about the motives, processes, and outcomes of certain actions or decisions.
"Transparency is key to reciprocal accountability, which we use to be both free and smart. It is the miracle tool that enables us to question the lies of monsters." - David Brin

Integrity requires individuals to not only be honest, but also to act in accordance with their moral and ethical beliefs, even when it may be difficult or inconvenient.
Let us pledge to have integrity.
While religious dogma can provide a framework for ethical behavior, integrity requires individuals to critically examine and apply these principles in a way that is consistent with their own moral compass, rather than blindly following religious teachings.
By upholding integrity, individuals can help to ensure fairness, accountability, and trustworthiness in the legal and political systems.
“In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us.” - Titus 2:7

We act on accountability by being honest, and transparent with you and then we simply expect you to uphold your pledge in resolving the challenge.
Let us pledge our accountability.
We all are imperfect and face challenges. We care about your intentions.
So long as you address every challenge ethically, we will assist in any mediation.
If you wish to abandon your pledge, our only punitive response is to end your membership in the association.
"Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do." - James 1:22-25

11 11 Global was born from an obsession with social-political solutions, through intense transparency and truth, along with the best in ethical ideals of American jurisprudence, while living a lifetime supporting small businesses.
With new perspective, observe our unity in the needs and wants of individuals rather than irrational divisive identities assigned to us at birth by people long gone.
If you line up all people, you can not find a racial division among us. We are a continuum. We did not choose our ancestors or the borders around us. We mostly accept the teachings of our parent's society, adopting views without re-imagining ourselves.
Is your doctor for profit or best outcomes? Your reaction proves intention matters. People say actions are more significant than intentions, yet most positive actions require positive intentions.
We are about our content of character, our intention inspiring an action and our desire to improve the results due to endless positive intention.
We see the Color of Intent.
Imagination is not enough to bring about change. It is necessary to see reality as it is in order to change it.
Corporations now control the world through control of resources and control of the motivations of politicians. They have the science of psychology and the budgets for mass communications unimpeded to manipulate the public and to purchase policy.
There is no cost in blood or money in order to vote in an election.
We, The People, can demand fair and free elections with independent journalism.
We can demand a pledge of ethics and policy based on the needs of the people rather than the profits of benefactors.
We can only hope and pray or we can get involved, define ourselves as we wish, accept our collective responsibility, support rather than punish each other and together create the future we would most appreciate through ethical leadership.
Pledge, Support, Share, Vote
I see the emergency for all of us.
I understand the cynics, the apathetic, and the feeling of helplessness and hopelessness from all the suffering. I know the bad, the ugly and the trend towards nightmare - the endless wars, the political rancor, the twisted realities, calls for civil violence, threats of annihilation, global catastrophe, the seamless propaganda, the homeless, hungry, and hated peoples, most wanting an ethical, peaceful, and productive life... just like us.
I recognize the failure of our current punitive systems and artificially created social divisions worsening life for generations to come.
I have felt the lack of support for honest hardworking people, for most of our citizens, especially the hinderances to life from corrupt governance, with unfair taxation and penalties used for corrupt distribution to hoarders without conscience, who use social divisions to weaken the people for their domination.
I see the downsides of being subservient to multi-national corporations, the degradation of automated life from profit-only considerations, through agenda based journalism, and punitive policies against all our people.
I also am aware of the grip on power by megalomaniac authoritarians, massive financial conglomerates, government funded scam, hack, and steal organizations, political lobby groups, designed to be without human conscience, all motivated to fill life's roles with self-servingly intelligent robots, where poor accountability & service to people is measured only as a risk to profit, and the tools of psychology honed for us live at the edge of tolerance, at their service, with absolute control over the social framework within which we all must live.
I am not naive to it all.
Yet, I remain an optimist because I see realistic solutions.
Supporters of the principle of "being judged by the content of our character” never got a jersey to wear - until now!
Seven billion people and no label for those you'd want over for dinner?
11 11 Global does not ask to change anyone. Your best self is not a different identity. We are not converting, manipulating, or judging any identity you wear, so long as you have Philotimo. We are labeling who you are already or who you wish to be!
We appreciate individual freedom, your unique self, family, organization, community, city, nation, ethnicity, religion, spirituality and all that makes you, YOU!
I interviewed 800 random people from diverse backgrounds and opposing political views, using the same words, and in less than twenty minutes away from the scourge of media, shared altruism comes back to life! I received unanimous encouragement for a desire of more ethical agreements from honesty, transparency, integrity, and accountability.
Together, we can solve it all! Our common interests are severely neglected when locked in protracted, artificially created disputes. We do not demand only compromise between opposing positions when we can share in passion for many solutions together. We do not require different leaders, so long as the leaders are ethical moving forward.
Trust from being on the same team who wants to ban corruption rather than blaming corruption on the other, allows for collaboration to solve problems peacefully for "best outcome" as the goal rather than only "our side". The "other side" is the unethical, not the other party or country or ethnicity or religion.
Leadership changes. Their motivations change, not the identities represented. An ethical patriotic American is an American. I’ve come to know we can agree on fundamentals on many controversial issues that when implemented, can bring peaceful positive outcomes.
We pledge philotimo.
It took me more than 40 years of observation, but I see top-level solutions to many of humanities problems, realized in many stages over the years.
First, I was raised to define myself as I wished without any dogma being required other than openness itself. My identity was my own, as I spent much of my childhood alone without ritual or required traditions, yet attachment to my family was very strong, my friends, my region I grew up and raised my children, the good values of my culture, predominantly Christian-judaic / humanitarian / idealistic with early roots in the civil rights revolution of the 1960's, and my patriotism for the people and profound fundamental ideals of my country, specifically the values in the U.S. Constitution, is in my blood and bone fibers.
I believed in the ideas and I wanted to see them realized. I saw genuine honest people making the effort along with the horror of justified barbarism. I have always had hope. I have always seen good people in the "other" categories, who want the same problems solved. I see all the efforts in the trenches of life, making a difference, yet the battles at the very top seem to go on without end, making everything below harder for everyone.
I celebrated Christmas & Easter, honored Hanukkah, experienced elementary school in an alternative program, which celebrated freedom in learning and the uniqueness of the individual, living in the very birth of Silicon Valley. I meant the Pledge of Allegiance, read Congressional Reports for fun, watched C-Span, subscribed to many news and magazine sources, including "right" and "left" perspectives and spent considerable time in my life deep in American sociology, psychology, and political science, with a major in Legal Studies, at U.C. Berkeley.
My best friend in high school was evangelical and strong supporter of Ronald Reagan and another good friend a conservative U.S. Marine. My most beloved grandfather was a lifetime member of the NRA and big supporter of Nixon and a grandmother happiest to be apart of the workforce when it was rare for women, while my parents most appreciated the ideals spoken by Martin Luther King Jr. and Bobby Kennedy Sr. taking part in the Civil Rights revolution. My two educated feminist older sisters surely instilled in me equal rights and respect of women without respect being pious. I was informed I was "white" or "caucasion" while not wanting any association with the oppression in American History, instead identifying as a "Westernerer" - people with Northern philosophy and Southern sensibilities, where people fought and died for the freedom of ALL PEOPLE.
I received the "privileges" of what all people should experience as an able-bodied-hetero-white-male, yet did not experience any inherited monetary or class benefit coming from a "pull yourself up from your own boot straps" mentality parents without assets. My greatest advantages in my own mind was loving educated parents, loving education-focused intelligent older sisters and being in Cupertino at the beginning of the global digital computing revolution. So, I was confident in sharing my knowledge of computers to help people new to them.
My family was everything important. I married a Republican American popular college teacher with a Catholic and traumatic upbringing much older than myself. I taught my children family first American-Christian values without church or dogma, encouraging free thought and expression. They understood free speech and as inalienable rights of all people with strong feelings about how "it should be".
I learned I shared so much in the hearts of people from around the world, among many religious doctrines. I adopted three children from overseas, Russia and Ukraine and traveled to 11 other countries, including Mexico, India, Thailand, France, attended an American University with many international students, shared life with Japanese and Chinese and Spanish exchange students, so had direct experience in what we all share together.
We are categorized incorrectly based on primitive motivations. Labels we use do not predict if I would trust them. We fight each other under the cover of group labels, American vs. Russian, Democrat vs. Republican, Google vs. Microsoft, Cowboys vs. Packers. All the energy of the battle between groups is cancelled out by efforts against the other, from conflicting thoughts to the devastation of war. Inside each of those groups is a mass murderer and a loving pre-school teacher and generations of this endless social battle, we continue towards disaster.
Our world is changing faster than at anytime in history. We are about to be ruled by AI tuned exclusively to the profits of multi-national for-profit only corporations. Fictional entities run by fictional entities without a conscience is happening now and about to transform our society faster than it can even considered.
I am American, not only because of where I was born, with appreciated rights I did not earn, but because I also am loyal to my country and am attached to what makes us a nation, as per the U.S. Constitution, the IDEALS, always striving to be better.
I am European-Irish-Welch genetically, four generations Californian culturally, Central Coast Californian preferably, Bay Area bred, internationally unbound by land.
I am, who I choose to be FIRST. I am ethical. I mean well. I choose non-violence as a solution when conceivably possible. I am honest to the extent I am transparent, with integrity and wish to be held accountable.
I have no label for myself at the highest level of my identity - until now.
The proof of our commonality is found when you go outside and view the people in cars obeying the paint on the road, go to the grocery store and watch as people from anywhere trust people from everywhere. Notice all those who want support from the police if attacked by someone else.
The value of human life, our ways of life, unique culture, compassion and empathy will cease to exist in what manages our daily lives, unless it is added to the algorithms taking over from AI.
Talk to an ATM machine, a gas pump, and a customer service chat bot. Try to find a phone number, wait and yell at a computer to talk to a human, experience the lowest wage untrained human told to help, so you are more accepting of the app. The robots are singing Happy Birthday to your kids and roaming the hospital to get you accustomed to staff that does not need the healthcare you do. Logon to support to restart your car and find people in charge shrugging their shoulders when faced with what the computer says must be done.
Watch the profit driven knowledge of human psychology be used to validate war in order to justify endless consumption of resources, regardless of the degradation for human survival.
Any glance of study of the human condition sees unnecessary suffering. After all these political changes, social changes, efforts of diverse people, of nonprofit organizations and well-meaning for profit corporations, after endless wars and economic ups and downs, it seems the trend is more automation, less humanity, more division and discord with less unity and optimism. We need solutions to counter these trends.
At the highest level, where Thomas Jefferson observed the fragility of creating a nation based on agreed upon notions rather than simply the use of greater force against a lesser force, we have the opportunity to add a layer to the top of our current identities and demand fundamental ethics in all government, business and organizations, so as to make unifying ethical notions paramount. We can create a new way of living with technologies designed to replace ourselves in every aspect of life by legislating artificial intelligence must identify as such and must allow for human override. It must not say, "I care." since it is not an I, nor does it care, without fraud charges against the owner of the device.
Government should require proof that is is operating as a benefit to individuals, in service or protection, with approval from individuals, not fictional entities.
Within agreement of honesty, transparency, integrity and accountability, we can debate new policy and hold our diverse differences in identity proudly. Debate has been a benefit to nations run on notions, such as the United States, when we agreed to be on the same team.
Solutions not based on disappointing compromise among conflicted groups, who were artificially divided in order to weaken the people's demand for all that belongs to them, but actually passionately supported solutions represented by unified ethical people.
Who wants a qualified and honest doctor when rushing to the Emergency Room? Republicans or Democrats? Australians or Brazilians? Blacks or whites? What about the honor of the double yellow line on the highway? Are we checking for religion or political party as we drive deadly speeds? No, we trust them all to honor the mutually shared paint. Do we want to trust the meat label at the store? The chef at the restaurant? The teacher at the school? The police officer testifying about us in court? We all care in a similar way. We want the fire department to respond without having to log in using two-factor authorization under a paid subscription.
We... those on both sides of any debate, want. We want healthy food for our babies and clean water to drink. We also want freedoms for individual expression, including economic development for ourselves and our organizations. We want the freedom to exist without condemnations as we practice our honorable religion, identify our ethnicity, be seen with genetic characteristics or live our private lives without unnecessary intrusion.
Our opposition is to the behaviors of those who lie, harm, oppress and corrupt our society and who obsess on our division by using all the current identities stamped upon us against us.
The U.S. Constitution is as close to these ideals humanity has achieved, yet divergence from those original goals has created a trend towards human disaster from implementing concepts not possible to consider hundreds of years ago.
We don't all have these basic agreed upon needs met despite having the ability to meet those goals. We do not have all the freedoms possible for us as individuals or as like-minded groups. We are not all living in nations which support the best for the people and the people usually do not have the power to solve the problems they face.
Yet, we are the majority. We are divided in order to prevent us from what we, the ethical majority, all want. If you disagree that an issue is something we all want, simply focus your goals on what we do all want and you'll find unity of a majority, which given the appropriate framework, has the ability to make intelligent decisions.
Therefore, I propose we look above all the current and endless battles and contrasting thoughts we have lived under for so long and enhance the influence of the ethical majority to reduce corruption, to promote the greatest shared ideals, respect ethical contrasting suggestions, to re-introduce human conscience and focus on realistic priorities where unity can be found to improve our lives, our children's lives and to give the human race a chance to prosper indefinitely. We could live the values we generally teach our children.
We are the ethical. We have philotimo.
Will you support our community in business and government?
We see changing our direction as an emergency!
We ask for your participation in uniting good people for good reasons. Every day contributions accelerate our efforts and equity investors are wanted. Our needs are immediate and our use of funds is transparent forever. Thank you!
